Braden Power is widely known for his work in taking some of the worst buildings near Dallas' central business district and turning them into some of the most sought-after rental units in the Metroplex. For almost two decades, he has been touted as an urban pioneer and has been responsible for much of the revitalization of Old East Dallas. Since 1990, Braden has been involved in 52 real estate ventures with over 1,100 residences. He has maintained impeccable credit with every business deal and has jointly owned and managed the portfolio with brother Craig Power since 1995.
In 1990, Braden and Craig cofounded Power Properties. For 18 years, the two brothers have jointly purchased, renovated, and managed 565 residences within 43 buildings near the downtown Dallas area. They have no plans to sell their portfolio of real estate.
Braden and Craig started Tuscany Partners in 2002 to purchase, redesign, and sell units to the marketplace. Power was one of the first development companies in the city to convert 1960s garden-style apartments into stylish condominiums. These developments—Paradiso, Bella Gardens, and The Tuscany—consist of 362 residences.
In 2007, Braden and Craig opened up their new townhome division, Belloumini Partners, which promotes their unique Mediterranean style.
During this year, Braden individually decided to extend his creative talent to high-end construction and developed a new concept home on Turtle Creek in Dallas.
Much of his inspiration comes from his extensive international travel and knowledge of design. His goal in every project is to reinvent the way people view their living environment.
